After the burning bush, the plagues, the parted sea and the bread from heaven, Moses prayed one prayer: "Shew me now thy way, that I may know thee." He did not ask for another miracle. He asked for the ways of God, and he told God exactly why. The ways were not the prize. Knowing God was the prize, and the ways were the road that led there. God's Ways is built on that single sentence. Tina Suwa begins with a truth that both humbles and frees us: the ways of God are past finding out. His thoughts are higher than our thoughts as the heavens are higher than the earth. But that distance is not a locked door. It is an open invitation. It speaks to the believer carrying an unanswered question, the one who stopped pressing once the breakthrough came, and the one who is tired of trying to reduce God to a formula. The promise of the book is this: the one who knows the ways ends up seeing more of the works than the one who chased the works ever did.
